My experience with Chad and Becky was great! I've closed on a couple houses before, but this one went so fast and easy. If I had a question they answered it very quickly. They both are super people to work with. Chad even showed up at the settlement. I was thankful for that. I felt like I had someone watching over what I was signing!
Our second time working with Joe and Becky, once to purchase our new home and recently to take advantage of a lower interest rate. Both experiences have been exceptional. Joe made sure we knew everything up front and offered us different scenarios. Once our decision was finalized Becky took over and was on top of the process every step of the way. Joe checked in often with a quick call or text. (I prefer text, LOL) Everything was handled from beginning to end.
